• Custom and made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• We currently ship within the United States (additional regions may be added in the future).

• Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

• Buya Borikén LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

• If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

• Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require the customer to pay additional shipping charges for reshipment.
