No Return Policy

At Buya Borikén LLC, every item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the unique and artisanal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exceptions

We only offer replacements or store credit in the rare case that:

• An item arrives damaged during shipping.

• You receive the wrong item in your order.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order, including photos of the damaged or incorrect product and the original packaging.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

• Buya Borikén LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
